A walk by the City Park: an elegant Airbnb apartment.

Located right by Budapest’s City Park, in a lively yet green neighborhood, this unique Airbnb apartment was created by the este’r partners interior design studio. Once an office space, the property has been completely transformed for short-term rental use — the client’s goal was to create a stylish yet welcoming home that immediately captivates its guests.

With three bedrooms and a spacious living area, the apartment combines bold gestures with a soft, harmonious design language. Drawing from the studio’s decades of experience in hotel design, the interiors feature custom-made pieces, repurposed vintage paintings, and eye-catching decorative details — elements that give the space its distinctive charm.

Executed under tight budget control and a fast-paced schedule, the project still radiates the refined aesthetics typical of este’r partners. The result is an inspiring, contemporary home that fits perfectly into the cultural heart of Budapest.
