The Rooftop Residences Budapest is a unique luxury residential project envisioned at the top of a historic building on one of Budapest’s most prestigious avenues. Originally emerging during the roof renovation of the landmark property, the concept reimagined the uppermost level as a contemporary architectural extension, creating an exclusive collection of high-end homes above the city.

The newly designed residences offer a rare urban living experience: one- and two-level apartments with private terraces, some complemented by generous outdoor spaces and jacuzzis, all overlooking some of Budapest’s most iconic landmarks, including the Hungarian State Opera House and St. Stephen’s Basilica. The interior design concept by este’r partners reflects the exceptional character of the development, combining refined spatial solutions, understated luxury, and a contemporary residential atmosphere in the heart of the city.
