Ristrutturazione completa di un immobile dei primi del Novecento a Milano, un tempo adibito a ufficio, con vincolo di facciata e piena libertà sugli interni. Lo stile barocco è stato ricostruito ex novo, tra boiserie e decorazioni in gesso su misura, porte e persiane d'epoca restaurate; in cantiere è emersa anche una volta a botte, poi recuperata e affrescata. Renewall Srl ha operato come general contractor su selezione diretta di uno studio di architettura, gestendo tra l'altro il rinforzo della struttura esistente per sostenere un pianoforte a coda, issato dalla strada con una gru.

A complete renovation of an early twentieth century building in Milan, once used as an office, carried out under a protected facade with full freedom on the interiors. The baroque style was rebuilt from scratch, with custom plaster boiserie and decorations and restored period doors and shutters; a barrel vault also emerged on site, later recovered and frescoed. Renewall Srl acted as general contractor, selected directly by an architecture firm, and among other things managed the reinforcement of the existing floor structure to support a grand piano, lifted into place from the street by crane.
