18 townhouses with simple and clear thermo-clay blocks structure are distributed over 2 plots in groups of 11 and 7. The double height of the dining room permits to connect visually and by stairs the 2 storeys of the building, and to natural zenital light to illuminate the hearth of the house. Using setbacks of façades and alternation of empty and full, we can play with light and shades in an efficient and profitable way at those latitudes; the same setback permits the construction adapting itself in an easy way to the slope of the landscape.
