A new real estate record is rising into the Dubai skyline: the world's highest residential property, Sky Palace, is officially on the market for $51 million. More than just a property, it's a super penthouse suspended 460 meters in the air, located on the 108th floor of the Burj Khalifa—the tallest building ever constructed and a symbol of contemporary vertical living.
The Sky Palace spans two floors and covers a total area of nearly 2,000 square meters. It features a private elevator and around a dozen reserved parking spaces. Currently in a "shell & core" state, an additional investment estimated at $5.1 million is required to transform into one of the most luxurious and visually stunning residences ever created.

AI technologies have generated visualizations of possible interior layouts, supporting the project's design potential. The project aims for a post-renovation value exceeding $114 million.
According to Asad Khan, CEO of Invest Dubai Real Estate and exclusive agent for the penthouse, this is ""an unrepeatable trophy property"" targeted at real estate collectors, international investors, and visionaries of contemporary luxury.

"Every time I step into the Sky Palace, it takes my breath away," said Khan. "The fact that the apartment is still unfinished makes it a blank canvas for architects and interior designers—a rare opportunity to shape a truly iconic home."
Residents of the Sky Palace will have access to all the amenities reserved for Burj Khalifa occupants: a private lounge on the 123rd floor, panoramic pools on the 43rd and 76th floors, a 25-meter swimming pool, two spas, gated gardens, children's play areas, three gyms, tennis courts, and exclusive hospitality from the Armani Hotel.
