Architectural workshop “SPEECH Tchoban & Kuznetsov” run by Sergey Tchoban and Sergey Kuznetsov was established in 2006 as a result of effective cooperation of architect bureau “nps tchoban voss” (Berlin) and “Tchoban and partners” (Moscow) with the workshop “S.P.Project” for many years. Thanks to accumulated by the partners experience in the design of buildings and complexes of various applications and various degree of complexity, development of urban concept, knowledge of the latest western materials and construction technologies, as well as specific character of developments in Russian conditions, rational organization of designing process and high level of presentation supply, employees’ professionalism and office technique, “SPEECH Tchoban & Kuznetsov” is one of the leading Moscow architect bureaus today. Currently more than 80 architects, who develop tens projects for Moscow, Saint Petersburg and other cities of Russia and CIS countries, work here.
