The architectural firm llabb was founded in Genoa, Italy in 2013 by Luca Scardulla and Federico Robbiano. Originally established in the form of a carpentry workshop, dedicated to experimenting with custom furniture elements and design objects, llabb is now professionally set up with numerous architectural projects and construction sites in Italy, England and Morocco. Over time, the scale of their projects has grown, but llabb’s focus on craftsmanship allows the firm to continue experimenting in direct contact with a variety of professionals and artisans. Luca Scardulla and Federico Robbiano, a couple in work and life, are now at the helm of a very young and passionate team where the average age is 29 and where training, based on construction site experience, is a founding element of the practice of the firm.
