KavellarisUrbanDesign (KUD) is an Architectural practice based in Melbourne, Australia. We are interested in architecture as an intellectual and philosophical construct founded on ideas that are materialised and translated into an architectural language; a critical dialectic which constructs our urbanism; a fragment of the built environment with meaning imbedded within every architectural intervention. The core of our practice philosophy seeks to engage within the context and constraint for each individual project as areas of possibility and exploration in our design processes with conscientious environmental design as a foundation to deliver unique intelligent design responses for our client’s needs and budget. Our practise covers a broad and diverse range of projects and have completed work in Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland and South Australia ranging from small residential, retail, public buildings projects to large scale commercial developments and master planning.
