GAE Engineering is an Engineering company established in 2009 as logical development of the professional activities in the sector of civil and industrial engineering, which has been developed by Ing. Giuseppe Gaspare Amaro since 1996.
The experience of GAE Engineering, expert in the sector of Fire Engineering, began in 2004, when the Technical Manager of the Company, Ing. Giuseppe Gaspare Amaro, was in charge of the fire-fighting services of the HS Railway Station of Florence, designed by Architect Norman Foster, and then went on with the project of the Palasport Olimpico of Turin in 2006, designed by Arata Isozaki, and the project of the HS Railway Station of Torino Porta Susa.
In 2007, Ing. Amaro worked on the project of the fire prevention strategy of the Natural Science Museum in Trento, designed by Arch. Renzo Piano, which represents the first project executed with the performance-driven approach in Italy. GAE Engineering, supported by the company Cantene during the stage of modelling and data entering for CFD simulations, has developed several projects through the performance-driven approach in the scope of Shopping Centres (Coop, Carrefour), stadiums (new AS Roma stadium), theatres, parking, corporate towers (Unipol, ENI).
In 2014, new designing sectors started up following the internationalization of GAE thanks to the work of its Technical Manager, who also took on the role of:
Technical Manager of Morphosis, by subscribing the Project for the construction of the new ENI headquarters in San Donato Milanese.
Technical Manager of MEIS Architecture, by subscribing the Project for the construction of the new AS Roma stadium. Such business further strengthened in 2017 with the arrival of Arch. Kim Groves in GAE Engineering.
