Dunamis Architettura

Founded in 2007 in L’Aquila, Italy, and led by Stefano Balassone, Lorenzo Cantalini and Giovanna Marchei, Dunamis uses a multidisciplinary and collaborative approach, focusing on projects ranging from the restoration and recovery of existing buildings to the design of new architecture in consolidated urban and landscape contexts. The studio has numerous projects in both the public and private sectors, with different typologies, including urban projects, residential, exhibit design, and school buildings, with particular attention to places of culture and education.
Dunamis is engaged in continual research activity aimed at combining contemporary language and built heritage, exploring the interaction between materials, local construction culture and new technologies. Attention to sustainability and the relationship between human beings, buildings and places guides every intervention, respecting history and with an innovative view to the future. Since 2022 Dunamis has been associated with the Green Building Council Italia.
