We are CORREA+FATEHI ODD, a group of highly skilled architects, planners, and creatives. We are innate problem solvers, dedicated to making the physical world a more habitable place. We work at every scale– from design to execution. We are inspired by nature, incorporating its systems and processes into our work– aiming for a healthier coexistence. We learn through history, science, and precedents– developing new design techniques for the improvement of humankind. We confront and question the norm– creating state-of-the-art design solutions. Together we help our clients solve their most complex challenges; together we harness our diverse ingenuity to make projects that are fantastical, affordable, buildable, and beautiful.

Founded by Lucas Correa and co-directed with Parshan Fatehi, CORREA + FATEHI | ODD is a design practice dedicated to reshaping contemporary architecture through a commitment to innovation, cultural relevance, and environmental responsibility. Our transcalar approach enables us to work fluidly across scales—from finely crafted objects to architectural structures and comprehensive urban master plans. We believe that architecture should connect profoundly with its context, creating enduring, impactful spaces that enrich the human experience. Our expertise spans residential, mixed-use developments, hotels, high-rise towers, and strategic urban planning. Lucas Correa’s background includes a Master’s in Architecture and Urban Design from Harvard’s Graduate School of Design, along with experience as Director of Strategic Urban Planning for Quito’s 2040 vision. Combined with Parshan Fatehi’s focus on materiality and the finer scales of design, our team approaches projects with a cohesive and informed perspective that ensures meaningful details enhance larger spatial contexts.

Recently, we have concentrated on hotel and mixed-use projects, achieving innovative yet practical solutions. Our work on the Hampton Hotel, for instance, exemplifies our ability to create refined, avant-garde architecture within a mainstream brand. Whether a private residence or a complex urban development, each project is guided by our dedication to architectural excellence, with advanced techniques and locally inspired materials contributing to spaces that are visually compelling and contextually rooted.
