Paolo Alpe was born in Rivoli (to) on 20 January 1970.
He attended the Faculty of Architecture of the Polytechnic of Turin, where he graduated in October 1996. In February 1997 he joined the Order of Architects of the Province of Turin. During his university studies he worked intellectually at the same Faculty of the University where he studied. The provision of intellectual work, which began in the academic year 1993/1994, involves the "Science and Technique of Construction" as well as the "Technology of Architecture", and from the academic year 1997/1998 results in a consecutive series of annual contracts that lasted until the year 2013.
In 2005, together with his friend and colleague Luca BONFANTE, he founded the design laboratory called "PROGETTO ARCHITETTURA", with the aim of pursuing "making architecture".
Since December 2009, he is a junior expert "CASA CLIMA".
