monovolume architecture + design is an architecture and design studio based in South Tyrol, founded in 2003 in Bolzano by architects Patrik Pedó and Jury Pobitzer. Today, the studio is also present in Milan with a dedicated team and, over more than twenty years of activity, has built a recognisable design identity rooted in the Alpine context while remaining open to national and international scenarios.
The founders met while studying at the Faculty of Architecture at the University of Innsbruck, where they began developing their first projects together. Participation in numerous national competitions led to the completion of several successful projects, laying the foundations for a stable collaboration and the start of their professional activity. Over time, the studio has developed an elegant and contemporary design language that ranges from urban planning to interior design.
The studio offers an integrated service defined as 5:1: concept design and visualisation, preliminary and executive design, construction management, project management, and masterplanning. A single point of contact accompanies the project from concept to construction, ensuring consistency, control and quality throughout the process.
Active in the healthcare, living, workspace, retail and hospitality sectors, monovolume architecture + design carries out renovations and new buildings through an elegant, contemporary and rigorous design language. At the heart of monovolume architecture + design is a young, interdisciplinary and international team of 12 creatives: architects, BIM specialists, 3D visual artists and interior designers.
SERVICES: Feasibility studies; design strategies and concepts; consulting and project development; preliminary and executive design; detail design; 3D visualisation; construction supervision; project management and construction process management; procurement and cost control; interior design; masterplanning and urban concepts.
PROJECTS: Healthcare · Villas and residential complexes · Workspaces and offices · Shops · Hotels and restaurants · Industrial architecture · Public administration · Infrastructure · Urban planning
